Texas Country Artist Jordan Rainer Takes Home Two Trophies at the Texas Country Music Awards and Gears Up for New Music

NASHVILLE, TENN. — Last week, Texas fire spittin’ country artist Jordan Rainer took home the highly coveted trophy for New Female Vocalist of the Year at the Texas Country Music Awards in Arlington. She also walked away winning the New Faces of Texas Country Music award, after her amazing performance.

“I’m honored and humbled to be embraced by my friends in Texas Country Radio, and my fellow artists in this way,” says Rainer. “Female voices are so crucial to country music as a whole – our perspective, our experiences, and telling our stories are an opportunity to represent women across the board, and I am so grateful to be among the voices doing just that. This is a win for my team who has believed in my art and has worked so hard with me to bring that art to the public eye; without them I’d be lost! Looking forward to bringing new music to Texas Radio this year that’s gonna kick some ass!”

Rainer’s success last week comes after the latest Top 20 radio hit You Made A Rock, where she teamed up with Texas Red-Dirt artist Shayne Porter for this release of his. The official music video can be viewed HERE. Written by Jordan and Shayne alongside hit songwriters Kevin Brandt (Faith Hill, Randy Travis, etc) and Bobby Terry (Alan Jackson, Kenny Chesney, Willie Nelson, etc), this release is just one of Rainer’s numerous chart-topping songs she wrote. As a songwriter, she has written for other artists including Sundance Head’s #1 Texas hit Three People, as well as his title track for his previous album Stained Glass and Neon, and currently, some of her songs are on hold by major artists.

With a reputation as one of the hardest working women in the business, Rainer continues to make impressions in the music industry as well as in the TikTok community. After surpassing well over half a million followers just on TikTok, she began reaching a whole new audience with her storytelling clips, which landed her a nationalized televised appearance earlier this year on the Tamron Hall show, discussing women’s intuition and her brush with abduction.

With continuous music being released, including her last chart-topping release Damn Sandwich which peaked Top 15, she is gearing up to release a new edgy single, entitled Straight Shot, slated to be released in the next few weeks. Straight Shot is a hard rock edge country song, “representing all us girls who never quite fit the mold of ‘meek, timid, well-behaved, pretty little ladies.’”

Be sure to visit her website to stay up-to-date on her full-fledge tour and follow her on FacebookInstagramTikTok, and YouTube. Also, follow her on Spotify to get her latest music as soon as it drops.

Born in Atoka, OK and raised in Whitewright, TX, Jordan pulls her audiences in and has a knack for turning loud bars into a private showcase. Much like her music, her performance is an art form of its own. She wins crowds over with the energy and spunk she exudes while playing. She turns strangers into fans, and fans into an extension of her family, building an intimately connected and established base that will show up wherever she plays. With her witty lyrics, masterful guitar playing and unique voice, she has been embraced as a peer by respected artists and songwriters such as Dean Dillon (George Strait-The Chair, Marina Del Rey). With her intricate lyrics, masterful guitar playing and commanding voice, she is showcasing an artistic vision and becoming one of country music’s keenest working storytellers, bringing honesty and raw intimate talent back into this genre.
