NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 18, 2023) – Nashville-based publishing company, SoNash announced the signing of Seth Michael, a recording artist and songwriter also based in Nashville, Tenn. Seth’s musical journey began at the age of five, singing in his Georgia home. Recognizing his voice as a gift and instrument, he had a defining moment at 12 years old when he performed for Rascal Flatts, who encouraged him to pursue a career in music. As Seth grew older, he picked up the guitar and started crafting his own songs, drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of country music and his personal experiences. After relocating to Nashville and collaborating with renowned songwriters and performers, Seth caught the attention of SoNash Publishing. In December 2022, they offered him his first worldwide publishing deal. Seth’s ultimate goal is to make a significant impact in the country music industry, he says, “I am an aspiring country artist wanting to make an impact and be the next spark of light to emerge in country music history.”

Seth joins Emma Zinck on the So-Nash publishing roster. Zinck is a singer and songwriter from Fredericksburg, Virginia who has been in Nashville for five years writing and playing her music live. SoNash is a new publishing venture headed by President, Travis Chaney, Bridgette Tatum serving as Vice President and Abigail Wate Ayala as Creative Director. About SoNash

We are pro-writer. Pro-creativity. Pro-hard work. A heartbeat is to the music what a melody is to the song. SoNash Publishing is a company with a heartbeat. We publish hits and make great music, but our approach is different. We give songwriters a home. We don’t just care about their craft, we also care about their lives. Songwriters move boulders and mountains to get their emotional courage into our hearts through listening platforms such as radio and streaming services. They work for hours, days, weeks, years for the song. They are the unseen artists who touch the music first. They shouldn’t have to do it without care, encouragement and support. At SoNash, we focus on songwriters who want to make a great living from their artistry. We give them coaching and development, and we help them set goals and create action plans to build the life they want. Our artists/songwriters are humble, yet ambitious. They’re talented, but also retain the value in good leadership and true learning experiences. When we put the songwriters first, we can’t help but succeed.
