Written by Isabella alongside Nashville singer/songwriter Sarah Morey (who also co-wrote Isabella’s last radio release Free), Country Girl Thing offers southern twang with an upbeat look at small-town America. With Fall just around the corner, the song reflects Isabella’s deep connection to her roots and unique experiences, from enjoying fall bonfires to riding horses and wearing cut-off jeans and boots in the summer. “This song is a celebration of my life,” says Isabella. “I’ve grown up in the country and everybody knows everybody in this small town in Georgia.
