The lyrics’ tone is personal and purposeful for Goyette as it mirrors his upbringing.  Goyette further explains his approach as, “I was raised in a Christian family. My Dad was – and still is – a Cantor in the parish choir and I grew up surrounded by the music of the Church.  It was very important for me to reveal that part of my life in this song and to blend the themes of falling in love with trusting in your Faith to help you find your one.”
