LAZY E ARENA FINALIZES 25-MAN ROSTER FOR 2026 CINCH TIMED EVENT CHAMPIONSHIP

–CTEC Returns to the Lazy E Arena for Five Rounds of Intense Action March 5-7–

Guthrie, Okla. — The Lazy E Arena, located in Guthrie, Oklahoma, has officially released the complete roster of 25 athletes set to compete in the 2026 Cinch Timed Event Championship (CTEC), happening March 5–7.

 

Late last month, Lazy E announced the first 20 contestants, including past champions such as K.C. Jones, Paul David Tierney, Erich Rogers, Kyle Lockett, Marcus Theriot, Jess Tierney, Taylor Santos, Cody Doescher, and 2025 champion Ketch Kelton. Today, the final five selections have been confirmed, completing the elite field of 25 cowboys.

New to the CTEC, Coleman Proctor, a nine-time NFR qualifier with more than $2.1 million in career earnings, brings veteran experience across both team roping and steer roping. Will Lummus, a seven-time NFR qualifier, also makes his CTEC debut in 2026. The 2021 NFR Average Champion has earned $1.6 million and currently holds the No. 1 spot in the world steer wrestling standings.

 

Quade Hiatt joins the field as a first-time CTEC competitor in 2026. A two-time Jr. Ironman competitor and promising tie-down roper, he has already surpassed $350,000 in career earnings at just 25 years old. Making his first appearance at the Lazy E, Wesley Thorp enters with an impressive résumé as a three-time PRCA World Champion heeler. He has nine NFR qualifications and more than $1.8 million in career earnings.

 

Rounding out the roster, Tyler Wade also makes his CTEC debut in 2026. A two-time PRCA World Champion header and seven-time NFR qualifier, Wade has amassed $1.7 million in career earnings.
