(Nashville, TN – April 5, 2024) – Country/Rock singer-songwriter Kenny Curcio is celebrating love and ringin’ in spring with his upbeat new single “Just Move.” Co-written with Bill DiLuigi, produced by We The People Music/Jason Wyatt, and engineered by Elliott Didur, “Just Move” is already creating a buzz among industry professionals and fans alike. It will be featured upon release on Radio SoBro’s NuMu Friday at 2 PM & 6:30 PM CST (be sure to download their app for free or listen online) and is currently available through all streaming platforms and digital retailers and is Pop Blitz Magazine’s “New Music Friday Pick.” Listen HERE.
“Just Move” is infectious sporting a catchy, feel-good vibe yet the inspiration comes from a highly personal place as Curcio wrote the song for his fiance celebrating their love for each other. “Just Move” is reminiscent of the popular 90s country sound that Curcio has become known for. He takes that sound, adding to it a dose of modern edge to create a unique sound of his own. No doubt listeners will be crankin’ up the dial and getting in the mood for springtime.
“Just Move is one of my personal favorites. I have been playing it for many years. I connected with co-writer Bill DiLuigi who helped tell the story and bring it to life. I am excited to share a song that captures the love I have for my fiancé. We have many songs, but this one here is special. We both love music, travel, spending time with family and friends, and just having fun. ‘Just Move’ is all of that combined. I can’t wait for the world to hear this song and to share the ‘Just Move’ music video soon,” adds Curcio.
“She’s my West Coast beauty
She likes that high life up in them hills
I’m all East Coast country
Runnin’ up and down the road to pay my bills
So why don’t we
Just move
Where the feeling takes us
Baby, me and you are like a needle in a ‘45 groove
Turn up some tunes
Yeah, we’ll scuff them boots up
You, move me baby, so why don’t we
Just move
Baby, why don’t you meet me halfway
You pick the spot ‘n we’ll build up from the ground
With the good Lord’s grace shinin’ from above us,
We’ll raise a couple kids, make a little ruckus
Whatta ya say, yeah I like the way that sounds
So why don’t we
Chorus
I hear the BBQ is good in Memphis
And Kansas City is pretty in the fall
We could have a big ‘ol time in Texas
Long as I got you, girl, it don’t matter at all…”
Curcio is currently on tour promoting his new single and is in the studio working on new music to be released later this year.
