“Tequila Helps” is penned by Julia Cole, Cole Miracle, and Austin Taylor Smith. The track is a vibrant country anthem that embraces the time-honored tradition of finding liquid courage to start moving on at the bottom of a glass. With its compelling narrative, the song details the emotional saga of someone dealing with heartbreak and emotional upheaval. Despite trying conventional methods to move on, they find that these remedies are insufficient. The song captures the liberating experience of turning to tequila to dance away the woes of love gone sour.

Julia shares, “I wrote this song after a great friend forced me to get out of bed, take a shot, put makeup and a cute outfit on, and spend an entire night out dancing instead of crying about my called off engagement.
