Release: Friday December 2nd
“Things You Love the Most” is a song about dealing with grief. “I’m not sure that grief is something you ever overcome, but it’s definitely something we can learn to live with, which can get better with time. My family had experienced something traumatic, and this song was my way of responding to and processing what had happened.” Gareth has been playing this song as a stripped-down acoustic version but always envisaged the final recording with a more ‘grand and epic sound’. With the help of Austrian singer-songwriter Stefanie Drexler who features on backing vocals, Gareth hopes that his listeners will find comfort and love in this song.
“Things You Love the Most” will feature on a new 5-track EP which will be released in early 2023.
