(Nashville, Tennessee – July 18, 2025) – Country artist Belles drops her newest single “Crazy as Me” featuring emerging singer/songwriter Blake Wood. Boasting more than 8 million views online, “Crazy as Me” continues to gain traction across the social media landscape. The honky-tonk duet is available across all streaming platforms here. Alongside the new release, Belles has officially announced the second leg of her Behind the Guitar tour, an acoustic-style experience spotlighting the stories behind her songs. Once again, she will be joined by fellow country artist Charly Reynolds as they embark on 14 dates across the country this fall. After a successful first run of the tour, the duo is bringing back their unique blend of storytelling and stripped-down performances for fans nationwide.
Produced by Sam Grow, “Crazy as Me” is a classic honky-tonk duet with a modern edge. The song is a conversation between two wild hearts just reckless enough to make it work. With throwback country instrumentation and sharp, conversational lyrics, the track channels the magnetic spirit of George & Tammy and Conway & Loretta. Written just one day before recording, “Crazy as Me” came to life through Kelli Belles, Blake Wood, and Johnny Gates’ songwriting.
“I’m beyond excited for everyone to finally hear this new song,” Belles shares. “The energy and connection that Johnny, Blake, and I had in the studio really comes through in the track. On top of that, I’m thrilled to be hitting the road again with Charly. We had such an amazing time during the first leg of the tour, and I truly believe this next chapter will be something special for both us and our fans.”
“Crazy as Me” is Belles’ 4th single off of her upcoming EP, to be announced soon. The track follows the debut of her music video for her single, “Broken in Boots.” The video brings the emotional core of the single to life, following Belles in the aftermath of a breakup. Watch the haunting video, shot on lower Broadway in Nashville, TN, here.
Belles has quickly established herself as a powerful voice in country music. Her recent global recording deal with East Music Row Records and publishing agreement with Deluge Music mark a major career milestone. After wrapping her headlining Trust Issues Tour, Belles continues to build her presence, having shared the stage with artists like Miranda Lambert, Old Dominion, and Brett Eldredge, while growing her fan base nationwide.
Hailing from Nebraska, Belles has been making waves in Nashville since 2018, captivating audiences with her heartfelt, witty storytelling. With a loyal following on social media, boasting 415k followers on TikTok, 136k on Instagram, 170k on YouTube, 215k on Facebook, 80 million cumulative views and streams of her original songs on all platforms, and 1 million direct fan reach, Belles connects with her fans through her music and live interactions. About Blake Wood: Born in Kentucky and raised in Wake Forest, NC, Blake Wood draws from personal experiences to shape the songs he writes and sings. If you attended a house party or bonfire around Wake Forest a few years ago, there’s a good chance you might have seen Blake pulling out the guitar to entertain his friends. He draws inspiration for performing music from his idols in the 80’s and 90’s country genre. A traditionalist at heart, Blake perfectly combines the sound of today and the storytelling and emotion of yesterday in his songs.
Music wasn’t an accident for Blake, it’s part of his DNA. He has been around it since he was young. Born into a highly musical family that includes 3 older brothers, his mom Lori, and dad Steven. As a songwriter, Blake writes what he lives. Some writers and singers must pretend to know about certain lifestyles to pull them off well. Blake can draw on what he knows from experience like off-roading, wetting a line fishing for largemouth bass, and driving old trucks.
Following your heart and your passion may not be the quick path, but it’s the right path. The people in Nashville have noticed Blake; he signed his first publishing deal as a songwriter in early 2023 with Deluge Music. That was followed quickly by his first record contract with Deluge Records Nashville.
About East Music Row Records: East Music Row Records emerged from the minds of David Robkin, Johnny Gates, and Austin Luther, the latter two of whom cut their teeth as Nashville songwriters, artists, and producers, with a goal of blending the hip, innovative sides of Nashville’s new indie rock and alt-country music with the musicianship, professionalism, and ingenuity of Music Row classists. East Music Row Records artists include Nashville-based Australian alt-pop artist Felicity, Music Row meets East Nashville Country artist Belles, and recently signed alt-hip hop artist Jyou.
East Music Row Records is trying to bring back the glory days of the indie label, signing artists that move them, over chasing numbers, and developing the next big things, all in-house, and as a family.
