AUSTIN GAMBLERS AND ARIZONA RIDGE RIDERS WIN AGAIN AT THUNDER DAYS IN MISSOURI TO OWN LEAGUE-BEST 12-4 RECORD AS GAMBLERS HOLD TOP SPOT WITH MOST TIEBREAKER POINTS

Florida Freedom Fall to Kansas City Outlaws, Snapping Five-Game Win Streak

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – The Austin Gamblers and Arizona Ridge Riders each won their games in decisive fashion in the second night of action of Thunder Days at Great Southern Bank Arena to go 12-4 on the season, tied for the league-best record. The Florida Freedom had their five-game winning streak snapped, moving them into second place in the standings midway through the sixth event of the 12-event PBR Teams regular season, while the surging Oklahoma Wildcatters won for the fifth time in the last six games.

The red-hot Gamblers won 345.75-168.5 for the tenth time in the last 11 games courtesy of four big rides from Jose Vitor Leme (88), Sage Steele Kimzey (87), Callum Miller (86), and Dalton Kasel (84.75). Leme, the league’s MVP in its first two seasons, is now 6 for 9 on the season. Austin improved to 12-4 and No. 1 in the league based on tie-breaker points as the Stampede fell to 6-10.

The Arizona Ridge Riders rode three bulls of their own to shut out the Carolina Cowboys 258-0 and improve to 12-4, tied for the best record in the league. Carolina fell to 6-10. Arizona took the lead with a ride by Everton Natan da Silva for 87.75 points, and Murilo Henrique de Oliveira scored 84.75 points to ultimately seal the victory. Arizona’s final ride came by Luciano De Castro for 85.5 points in the shutout victory.

The Texas Rattlers improved to 9-7 with an 87.75-87.5 outing against the 3-13 New York Mavericks. While both squads earned one qualified ride, Daniel Keeping’s initial 87.75 points in the second frame was enough for the win. New York’s Mauricio Gulla Moreira brought the game back within a quarter point with an 87.5-point score, but it was not quite enough to catch Texas.

The Kansas City Outlaws improved to an even 8-8 on the season, defeating the Florida Freedom 87.25-85.75 to end the latter’s five-game win streak.  João Lucas Campos’ early 85.75-point ride gave the Freedom an advantage before the Outlaws’ Julio Cesar Marques rode Ceasar for 87.25. In a game full of buck offs and re-rides, those were the only two scores that stood in the end as the Outlaws upset one of the league’s hottest teams.

The Oklahoma Wildcatters claimed its second straight win in Missouri and fifth in the last six games, moving to 6-10 on the season, in a 172-170.25 outing against the 6-10 home team Missouri Thunder. The Thunder had rides in the first and final frames by Paulo Eduardo Rossetto and Boudreaux Campbell respectively. Oklahoma’s Josh Frost lasted eight on Lever Action for 87.25 points before the game was taken in the fifth frame by Cort McFadden on Fire Kat for 84.75 points.

The bulls came out in full force on the second night of Thunder Days, going 33-17.

Thunder Days concludes Sunday at 1:45 p.m. CT and is set to be streamed on CW. Florida vs. Kansas City and Oklahoma vs. Missouri will air on the CBS Games of the Week on Sunday at 12 p.m. CT.

About the PBR Camping World Team Series
The PBR Camping World Team Series is an elite league featuring the world’s top bull riders competing on teams in five-on-five bull riding games during a 13-event season beginning in July and culminating in a Team Championship at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas in October.

During the 2025 season, the league’s fourth, each of the ten teams – Austin Gamblers of Austin, TX; Arizona Ridge Riders of Glendale, AZ; Carolina Cowboys of Greensboro, NC; Florida Freedom of Sunrise, FL; Kansas City Outlaws of Kansas City, MO; Nashville Stampede of Nashville, TN; Oklahoma Wildcatters of Oklahoma City, OK; Missouri Thunder of Springfield, MO; New York Mavericks of Elmont, NY, and Texas Rattlers of Fort Worth, TX – will host a three-day homestand. There are also neutral-site games in Anaheim, CA and Duluth, GA.

PBR Teams, which launched in July 2022, builds on the existing structure of professional bull riding with the same basic rules for judging and scoring qualified 8-second bull rides. Events are staged in head-to-head matchups in a tournament-style format. In five-on-five games, the team with the highest aggregate score of qualified rides among its riders is declared the winner.
